3rd project: South Europe refinery - Gasoil HDS unit revamp basic engineering:
- Throughput rise: + 33 %
- Product sulphur removal: from 1000 to 350 wtppm
- FOE reduction: - 4 FOE kg per tonnes of liquid feed
Up to now more than 25 energy surveys have been carried out by me and softwares like Heat Exchangers Network and Furnace have been applied in many refineries in Europe and Russia.
A complete survey on energy and yields improvement of Brazilian refinery and HAZOP study around all units of Middle East refinery have been done with success. |
