Furnace: Simulates and check a furnace of thermal cracking / delayed Coker unit. Model performs detailed heat balance and thermal flux calculations tube by tube. Results shows the vaporization curve (vap % vs tube nr), process & skin temperature and coke thickness where occurs, oil velocity and two-phase parameters. It works in excel mode under windows.
Heat Exchangers Network: Monitor and simulates exchangers’ network in a refinery. Model shows the exchanger typical parameters, temperatures, pressure drop & velocity both side, current duty and fouling factor. It works in excel mode under windows.
Delayed Coker: Simulates and optimises a delayed coking unit. For specified feed and operating conditions the program predicts:
- Yields (from C1 to coke)
- Product quality
- Heater duty
- Temperature at heater exit
- Drum outage & temperature
- Economics
It runs in excel under windows.
